
| Our products are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of the dairy sectorial guide of self-control under the supervision of the 'AFSCA' (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain). Our eating hazards analysis, from the entry of our raw materials to the exit of our finished products, are based on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) method. Our quality system has attained certification by the accredited body 'Lloyd's Register' in 1997, the 2000 version in 2003. As regards the pre-treatment as well as the production of UHT milk, we meet the requirements of the 'BRC Global Standard for Food Safety', 5th version, and we are certified by the Lloyd's Register since February 2006, at present at grade B. |
